Children and adults train in Filipino Eskrima or Kenpo Karate on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. These two practical Martial Arts are taught in a focused, welcoming environment.

Experienced leadership

A lifetime of experience.

Kwan Jang Nim Scott Cordero, Grandmaster Ralph Chavez, and Associate Master Mark Allen lead the adult program at East Valley TEK. Together, they bring nearly 100 years of Martial Arts experience and a shared commitment to practical, high-quality instruction. Their combined knowledge of Eskrima and Kenpo Karate gives students a strong foundation in technique, discipline, confidence, and real-world application while creating a focused and welcoming environment for every experience level.
